Brenna is a Yogi, a lover of eating and gathering, and an observer with a curiosity for the human spirit. She first began teaching over ten years ago and is trained in both the practice of Yoga and Pilates. She is an active cook and health coach. She guides clients to build a relationship with food that is enjoyable and delicious by connecting to nature through farm to table cooking. Brenna’s Yoga classes are vinyasa inspired as she crafts each class to flow in an intelligent manner. She encourage students to move with style and integrity by focusing on breath, proper body alignment, and individual creativity. As your guide, Brenna provides a space for her students to be curious, to be present, and to have grace for their bodies.
